The hotel's convenient location in the center of Clausthal makes it easy to explore the town. Free parking and a smooth check-in process were a plus. The comfortable beds and functioning AC ensured a restful sleep. The friendly staff and interesting menu at the steak restaurant added to the enjoyable experience. I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in the heart of a charming mountain town. This place exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and top-notch services. Great central location near shops, with ample parking at the rear of the hotel. Spacious suite with comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast and amazing sauna. Friendly staff who spoke English well.

The hotel was located in a great area, just a short walk from the town center. the surrounding forest provided a scenic backdrop that was perfect for adventurous travelers. the room was spacious and well, furnished, with plenty of amenities that made our stay comfortable. the bathroom was clean and well, maintained, with plenty of hot water for showers. the breakfast provided a wide range of options, from warm pastries to fresh fruit and yogurt.

The staff seemed a bit uninterested in providing top, notch service. Despite the hotel's convenient location, the check, in process was slow and inefficient.
